ANNOUNCEMENTS – ALL STUDENTS & STAFF

PRINCIPALS MESSAGE
All students, it is through your hard work that will make Central High School one of the best high schools in the state!
Just a reminder of our district mission to graduate all students’ college ready and prepared to succeed in life!
Exams for our underclassmen will begin today, June 13th. See your administrator with any questions about the schedule. If you miss an exam, it is your responsibility to see the teacher ASAP to arrange for a makeup.
Any student who is not involved in an after school activity, must leave the building. This is for your safety.
As the weather gets nicer, the possibility for cutting classes or not coming to school increases. Please carefully consider your choices. This is not in your best interest as it will affect your education which is very important if you are serious about being successful in life. Make good choices for you and your family!
Students please continue the good practice of not using vulgar language throughout the school day as well as not using words that create harm to others. It is inappropriate and will not be tolerated!
All students should make sure that our school has your correct address and phone numbers. This is very important in case of an emergency or when we need to mail literature to your home; especially next year’s schedule. Please go to your house office and make any necessary changes.
TEACHERS AND STAFF
save the date! The end of year party is tomorrow evening, June 14th at Testo’s. The party begins at 6:30 with a cash bar and Hors d’oeuvres and the buffet will be served at 7:30. We will be honoring our retirees at this time. Show your Central spirit and plan on attending this fabulous social event. What a great way to end the year!
Failure Notice Forms have been placed in all teachers’ mailboxes. It is extremely important that you adhere to the dates on these; foremost be very accurate with the information.
The last day for the school-wide detention was last Friday. However, each teacher can schedule their own detentions in their rooms as they see necessary.
