ANNOUNCEMENTS – ALL STUDENTS & STAFF
PRINCIPALS MESSAGE
Good morning Central High School!
All students, it is through your hard work that will make Central High School one of the best high schools in the state!
All Students must have a photo ID daily for security purposes and your safety. Those students who can not produce one starting today (if asked) will receive detention! Also, our Pep Rally is set for Tuesday, Nov. 21st. You will need your ID to use as your “ticket” to the Pep Rally. No other person from outside the school will be allowed to enter the Pep Rally.
A continuous reminder to all students that if you are “seen” with any hats or electronic devices, you will be asked for them. Also, no card playing in school.
A reminder to all students: If you can not make your scheduled detention day, speak with you house principal for a Thursday or Friday detention.
Any student, unless you are in an after school activity or sport, you are to leave the building at dismissal.
Let’s keep our school clean! Please do not walk around with any food or drink. Additionally, some of our neighbors have been complaining about the trash outside of the building. Let’s keep our area and Bridgeport clean…Don’t litter!
Several students have come to me excited about their grades and some with disappointments. We are at the start of a new marking period so do not think it is too late to do better!
Our report card conferences went well yesterday; we had a great turnout of parents and guardians. All staff worked hard to make this successful. Thank you once again for your fine effort!
Our block schedule has been slightly modified to create equity for our students and staff. These changes will take place on Monday the 27th after our Thanksgiving break.
Have a great day!
